Personal Data Processed
- Identity: name and surname; tax details where an invoice must be issued,
- Contact: telephone number, e-mail address, country/city, installation and invoice address,
- Customer transaction: quote request, requirement details (application, number of units, water hardness, etc.), order, invoice, shipping, installation, service, request and complaint information,
- Visual: photos of plumbing and installation areas you send us for a quote or service,
- Transaction security: IP address, access and transaction logs.

Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:
- authorised service providers and business partners for installation, maintenance and service,
- contracted cargo, freight and logistics companies for delivery, including international shipping,
- providers of hosting and e-mail services for the Site,
- e-invoice/e-archive providers and our accountant for invoicing,
- banks and payment institutions for collecting and refunding payments,
- legally authorised public institutions and judicial authorities.
Collection Method and Transfers Abroad
Your personal data is collected electronically through the quote form, e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp and social media, and through written documents. Servers of communication services such as WhatsApp may be located abroad; transfers made when you contact us through these channels, and transfers needed to deliver orders to your country, are carried out in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK. Information on cookies is given in our Privacy and Security Policy.
Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law. For example, invoice and accounting records are kept for 5 years under tax law, and commercial books and documents for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code. Quote requests that do not lead to a sale are deleted within a reasonable time. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to Apply
Send your request in writing with information identifying you to our company address, our KEP address (aquaturco@hs09.kep.tr) or, from an e-mail address you previously gave us, to info@aquabella.com.tr. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or not given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
